The Oklahoma State softball game at Wichita State on Wednesday was postponed after the Cowgirls’ team bus was involved in an accident on an interstate highway, according to a KOCO 5 report.
The crash caused the northbound lanes of I-35 to be closed for more than two hours.
Oklahoma State said in a statement posted on X that no one from the team’s traveling party was injured.

The Cowgirls also said details on when the game will be rescheduled will be shared when they become available.
Nevertheless, KOC5 — an Oklahoma City ABC affiliate — reported the bus hit and killed a woman who was on the highway.
There also were 911 callers who had reported a woman running in and out of traffic before the deadly collision took place, a source told KOC5.
The crash occurred around 2:05 p.m. (Central Time) on northbound I-35 near mile marker 185 in Noble County, Okla., according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol incident report.
