Pete Davidson is finally parting ways with his Staten Island condo — but the exit comes at a steep cost.

The comedian and former “Saturday Night Live” star bought the waterfront unit at 90 Bay Street Landing in his native borough for $1.2 million in 2020.

It’s now in contract to sell to a new owner — and the most recent listing price was far below his earlier goals.

In late 2022, Davidson decided to part ways with the home and listed it for $1.3 million, but the listing languished with several price cuts and no takers, even after an initial refresh.

What followed was a more dramatic overhaul: the original two-bedroom layout was stripped down into a loft-style one-bedroom with an open footprint and bold red accents woven throughout the design. At one point a large fish tank was even ingrained into the walls.

Even that wasn’t enough to lure buyers in a cooling market.

In February 2026, Davidson sharply reduced the ask to $850,000 — a cut that ultimately did the trick. The apartment went into contract this month, though the final sale price has not been disclosed.

Based on the latest asking price alone, he is poised to take roughly a $350,000 hit before factoring in renovation costs.

The roughly 1,600-square-foot residence sits inside a gated waterfront enclave with a full suite of amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, sports courts and a residents’ lounge.

The unit itself features a private terrace with open water views, along with an updated kitchen and a flexible, loft-like living space. Kenneth O’Toole of Tom Crimmins Realty was handling the listing. He declined to comment on the transaction.

The drawn-out sale marks a sharp turn from Davidson’s earlier optimism about the property. Back in 2023, he was already prepared to accept a six-figure loss just to move on, as rising interest rates and shifting buyer demand weighed on the market.

The sale also comes during a major life shift for Davidson, who recently became a father.

Reflecting on the transition, he told People, “Dad life is f–king awesome,” adding, “It is exhausting and rewarding and cute. And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am.”

He said fatherhood has changed him in unexpected ways, noting, “It’s funny. It’s like I didn’t understand this. You’re just ready to fight anyone,” and adding that the instinct to protect his daughter feels deeply ingrained: “You’re very, very hyper aware. But I guess that goes back to caveman times, you know? It’s very … what do they say? It’s like primal?”
