I am SCREAMING after watching the long-awaited trailer for Bravo’s Summer House spinoff, In the City, starring Lindsay Hubbard, Amanda Batula, and Kyle Cooke.
First of all, the trailer couldn’t have come at a better time. As the Bravo universe continues to reel from “Scamanda”—Batula and West Wilson‘s shocking hard launch last week—this teaser adds fuel to the fire as we see Batula lovingly refer to Wilson as a “cutie” and pull him in for a hug. Since this was filmed last fall, right before Batula and Cooke decided to separate, the Bravo sleuths will no doubt be taking notes to nail down the exact timeline of when Batula and Wilson’s romance began.
It also seems like we’ll catch a glimpse into the final weeks of Batula and Cooke’s marriage. As Batula accuses Cooke of having people in their apartment while she’s sleeping and brings up his past cheating scandals, Hubbard cries out, “I am in TEARS watching my friends demolish their relationship!”
“We don’t have a prenup, but if you come for me, I’ll come for you,” Batula warns her estranged husband, who replies, “That would be a losing battle.”
Marriage drama aside, CEO and founder Danielle Olivera is returning to reality television after a two-season hiatus from Summer House … and she has a new man by her side! The problem? “He has a whole ass wife still,” according to Batula. Other familiar faces include Hubbard, who is navigating single motherhood, as well as former Summer House star Andrea Denver and his wife, Lexi Sundin.
In the City will also star Nick Barber and Yvonne Najor, who have been together for a decade, The Bachelor alum Whitney Fransway and her boyfriend, Kenny Martin, dermatologist Georgina Ferzli, NYC nightlife aficionado Gavin Moseley, and Batula’s childhood best friend Katie Arundel.
