Southern Hospitality stars TJ Dinch, Mia Alario, and Bradley Carter had a lot to say about Will Kulp‘s presence at BravoCon 2025, which came months after he skipped out on the Season 3 reunion and announced his exit from the Bravo series.
Kulp, who starred in the first three seasons of Southern Hospitality, was, on multiple occasions, accused of cheating on his girlfriend (now fiancée) Emmy Sharrett. The allegations grew even stronger in Season 3, with Carter and Dinch spearheading an investigation into some of the claims made by people who went to law school with Kulp.
Despite everyone’s warnings, Sharrett opted to stand by her man, who vehemently denied any wrongdoing. When it came time to face everyone at the Season 3 reunion, Kulp pulled out at the last minute, sending Sharrett to fight his battles alone. While Kulp announced his exit from the show last July—and has seemingly made no effort to rebuild his friendships with his former castmates—he seemed to have no problem accompanying Sharrett to BravoCon in November 2025.
“I don’t think he should have been allowed to be there, personally,” Dinch told DECIDER when he and his co-stars stopped by our Midtown Manhattan studio last week.
Alario agreed with her friend, noting that Kulp allegedly “[threatened] to take legal action” against Bravo, presumably over his portrayal as a bona fide cheater in the series. “You signed the consent form to be on TV. What do you think is happening? Did somebody beg you to be on the show? That didn’t happen,” Alario continued. “It didn’t go his way. And now he’s pissed.”
Carter, for his part, added, “It’s tough. If I got fired from work, I would not go to the work conference. I’m not going to go and show up and hang out and kiki and get all the free drinks. That’s not fair.” However, he said Kulp was dished his “punishment” when he had to watch Sharrett defend their relationship against shady Bravo fans during the Q&A portion of the Southern Hospitality panel.

But, according to Alario, Kulp allegedly enjoyed eliciting a shocked reaction from fans. “You know what he likes? The attention,” she said. “I’m just gonna say it. He liked going behind people and they’re like, ‘Oh, my god, it’s Will.’ He likes that.”
Unfortunately, because of Kulp’s falling out with the group, Sharrett’s friendships with everyone, specifically Carter and Dinch, have also suffered.
After the reunion, Carter overheard Sharrett allegedly say he and Dinch were “dead” to her in a private conversation with Kulp and her mom in their hotel room. Carter responded by sending Sharrett an angry text message calling her out for what she allegedly said behind closed doors, prompting Sharrett to move hotel rooms because she claimed Carter was making her feel “unsafe.” Because Carter is a Black man living in the South, Sharrett’s carelessness with her words cut deep — and while she apologized for what she said, she was later seen walking her apology back in a phone call. Things got even more cringey when Sharrett struggled to define the word “microaggression.”

“At this point, the bar is pretty much in hell, so I didn’t really have much expectation for what she was going to say to define microaggression,” Carter told us. “I think she has a tough time with the truth and being forthcoming with actual, genuine apologies and being real and genuine.”
Southern Hospitality airs on Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
