Ritzy South Carolina baby boutique owner strikes a pose in 16 mugshots on series of scam charges

She got too big for her britches — again.

The owner of a trendy baby boutique in South Carolina was arrested for the 16th time for allegedly scamming dozens of customers who ordered the upscale kids’ clothes, cops said Wednesday.

Pamela Brooke Schronce, 30, who runs Thomas and Turner in Belton, was tossed in jail Monday on charges of swiping hundreds of dollars from two online customers, according to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.

The rogue retailer — who’s been busted 16 times in just over three months — is accused in the latest scheme of taking more than $485 from the two customers, then never sending them their items or refunds, deputies told FOX Carolina.

Schronce’s jaw-dropping 16 mug shots show her well-made-up — with not one blonde hair out of place.

Her now-shuttered shop billed itself as a “boutique for trendy little babes” that sells “custom-designed pieces” ranging from toddler bellbottoms to flower-print infant dresses, according to the boutique’s now-dark Instagram.

In the latest case, cops say a shopper reported that she placed seven online orders between Oct. 2024 and March 2025, totaling $487.07, and that she never sent her order, according to cops.

She emailed Schronce multiple times and was promised refunds, but never got her money back, police told the local radio station WNEG.

A second victim reported March 16 that she pre-ordered matching kids’ outfits in Dec. 2024 and also never received the order or a refund. It was unclear how much that victim spent.

Schronce has been arrested 16 times since Jan. 1 on other charges, including obtaining a signature or property under false pretenses, according to past reports.

She was released from the Oconee County Detention Center on a $4,250 personal recognizance bond Monday afternoon, cops said.

Her boutique is now listed as closed.
